Beyond the work Kevin does through The Acuity Lab, he helps build tools and communities for the people who carry fundraising on their shoulders. Both ventures started in the field, with real fundraisers, real donors, and the daily realities of development work. Here are the two he is most invested in and the role he plays in each.
KindredrOS
A relationship operating system for fundraisers.
KindredrOS is not just a database. It is a daily-use operating system for fundraising relationships. It helps fundraisers decide who to focus on, how to engage them, and what kind of next step fits each relationship.
At the center is CARE: Capacity, Attributes, Relationship, and Engagement. CARE turns scattered fundraising activity into clear relational action, so you know who matters now, what kind of outreach makes sense, and how to build steadier generosity over time. It is built to feel practical, calm, and useful inside the workweek. The tool supports your judgment. It does not replace it.
It is built for individual fundraisers who need more clarity and consistency, missionaries and support raisers who want a simpler way to prioritize people, nonprofit development staff and executive directors who want a cleaner relational rhythm, and consultants and coaches who use the system across multiple clients.
My role: Founder. KindredrOS grew out of field-tested fundraising practice, and I lead its vision, its CARE framework, and its development.

A community where fundraisers connect, learn, and thrive together.
The Fundraisers Collective is a membership community for nonprofit fundraising professionals. It is designed for fundraisers who want practical tools, real conversations, peer support, and a place to keep growing alongside others who understand the work.
Members gain access to weekly micro-trainings, roundtable discussions, a growing resource vault, live conversations, and a supportive network of peers. The goal is simple: no fundraiser should have to figure it out alone.
The Collective helps fundraisers grow their skills, strengthen donor engagement, build confidence, and stay connected to a community of people who are actively doing the work.
My role: Co-founder. I help shape the community, its trainings, and the conversations that bring fundraisers together.
