The Long View No. 45 "You will either be shaped or worn down"

Leadership always forms us.

The only question is how.

We are either shaped intentionally, with care and reflection, or we are worn down by pressure and isolation.

I have watched leaders reach a quiet crossroads. One path leads toward greater clarity, humility, and peace. The other leads toward exhaustion disguised as responsibility.

Neither path happens overnight.

Both are chosen slowly.
