Most organizations do not plateau because of a lack of ideas.

I have watched teams circle the same conversations for years. New plans are drafted. New initiatives launched. And yet, something fundamental does not shift.

Often, the leader has reached the edge of what they can see alone.

When leaders are accompanied, vision expands. Decisions deepen. The system begins to move again.
